Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Personalised Products:
Due to the custom nature of personalised and print-on-demand items, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once production has started. This is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Non-Personalised Products:
For non-custom items, customers retain their statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mugspot.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
