☕ Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

✅ All our white mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe.
⚠️ Our coloured handle mugs are microwave safe, but we recommend hand washing only to preserve the vibrant finish.

Want a design switched between white and coloured mugs? Just leave a note at checkout or email us at info@mugspot.co.uk. We’re happy to switch it at no extra cost as both types are the same price.

🔁 What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for change of mind on personalised mugs, as each one is made to order.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
